Concrete is the typical material homeowners choose for walkways and driveways. Aside from being slightly cheaper than pavers, concrete easily cracks, stains and requires complete replacement if damaged.
Pavers are extremely durable and can handle the weight of vehicles without cracking or becoming damaged. Should repairs be required, you can remove the damaged block(s), without having to re-install the entire area. Pavers are ideal for Minnesota winters, as they resist cracking from freeze-thaw cycles and allow for easy snow removal.

Permeable pavers are an environmentally friendly paving solution that allow water to naturally filter back into the groundwater, rather than running off into the waterways.
